Welcome to Crate. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Crate.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content

• You may create crates, reviews, and other content within the app.
• Reviews and crates are intended to be permanent. Once posted, they are not automatically deleted.
• You retain ownership of your content, but by posting, you grant Crate a license to display it in the app.
• You may not post illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding in Crate belong to us. Spotify album/artist data is provided under Spotify's API terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Crate for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Harass or impersonate other users.

6. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

7. Disclaimer

Crate is provided "as is," without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Crate, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you in-app.
